The role
Are you ready to manage a diverse property portfolio across five iconic parklands in Greater Sydney? As Manager Property Portfolio, you’ll be a link between tenants and internal stakeholders—delivering smart, compliant property solutions that balance commercial outcomes with community needs. No two days are the same, as you meet tenants, resolve issues, whilst ensuring compliance across all aspects of the portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment, has a keen eye for detail, and can confidently juggle competing priorities. You’ll manage leases and licences, handle assignments and landowner consents, collaborate with in-house legal on complex matters, and prepare high quality briefing notes. Most importantly, you’ll build and maintain strong tenant relationships through clear communication and a proactive mindset. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and making a real impact—this is the role for you.

  • Strong experience managing and understanding all aspects of commercial leases and property portfolios, ideally with some government experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage confidently with tenants
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills to track ongoing matters and implement effective systems
  • Ability to work independently across multiple parkland sites (driver’s licence required)
  • Proven ability to navigate legal and compliance processes
  • Resilience and adaptability in a busy environment with competing priorities and at times challenging and diverse issues to be resolved
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to building strong tenant relationships
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets and maximise portfolio performance

What is an essential requirement:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or significant experience in property portfolio management
  • Current Australian driver’s license and ability to travel to and attend work at any site within the GSP portfolio.
