About the opportunity
The Manager of Revenue Development – APJ is responsible for building, developing, and leading the regional revenue development team, driving Inbound, Outbound, and Account Development activities to identify, engage, and qualify new opportunities for the sales teams across all Dayforce products in the Enterprise segment.
Reporting to the VP of Revenue Development and working in close partnership with the APJ Enterprise Sales leadership team, as well as global GTM and Marketing leaders, this role is central to achieving pipeline and ACV goals for the APJ region. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and the ability to localize global strategies for APJ execution.
The role involves designing the optimal inbound-outbound-ADR organizational model for the region, recruiting and developing diverse talent, and implementing region-specific enablement strategies. The manager will build scalable processes, deliver insights through reporting, and foster strong collaboration with sales and marketing to create a best-in-class revenue development engine for APJ.

Recruit, develop, and inspire a Revenue Development team across APJ, equipping them to capitalize on market opportunities and drive sustained growth in the Enterprise space. - Shape Regional Strategy
Localize the global revenue development strategy for APJ in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional partners (e.g., Sales Operations, Demand Center, IT). - Drive Performance & Consistency
Implement a performance model with clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability mechanisms, while aligning with global best practices in operating models, enablement, tools, and communication. - Apply Data-Driven Insights
Leverage analytics to identify areas of opportunity, improve conversion across inbound and outbound channels, and regularly report on regional performance. - Enable Pipeline Growth
Ensure APJ pipeline revenue targets are met by improving lead generation and conversion (MQL SQL Opportunity), while tailoring tactics to the unique buyer behaviors and dynamics of APJ markets. - Develop & Retain Talent
Build career development pathways, provide comprehensive onboarding (30/60/90-day plans), and foster internal mobility to strengthen long-term talent within the region. - Foster Collaboration
Establish strong partnerships with APJ sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent feedback loops and alignment on demand management processes and SLAs. - Promote Innovation & Inclusion
Cultivate a culture of innovation, transparency, collaboration, and inclusivity across geographically distributed teams.
Skills and experience we value
- 4–8 years of B2B sales, revenue development, or inside sales experience, with proven leadership across multi-country or regional teams
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales/revenue development teams, with strong track record of achieving targets
- Experience in software and SaaS sales (HCM/HRIS experience preferred)
- Expertise in inbound and outbound prospecting, with knowledge of both established and emerging tactics
- Familiarity with managing Account Development Representatives focused on strategic/enterprise accounts
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and process optimization
