Spanian’s Kebabs is on the hunt for a legendary hospitality leader to run the show. This isn’t just another manager gig — you’ll be leading a tight crew, slinging quality feeds, and building a local following from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Run the show – Oversee daily truck operations (opening/closing, rostering, stock, quality control)
- Lead the team – Train, coach, and motivate FOH & BOH crew to deliver top-tier service
- Serve with pride – Jump into service, resolve issues, and make sure customers leave smiling
- Keep it clean & compliant – Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
- Hit targets – Monitor sales, track KPIs, control costs, and grow truck profitability
- Stay connected – Work with head office on ordering, reporting, staffing, and updates
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in hospitality or QSR management (food truck, café, or fast food = ideal)
- A confident, hands-on leader who can bring a team together and deliver results
- Calm, organised, and thrives under pressure — juggling tasks with ease
- Strong communicator with initiative and problem-solving skills
- Flexible for evenings and weekends (rotating roster – no burnout zone)
- Not much experience? No worries — full training provided.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
