About the Opportunity
Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Operations Assistants to join our dynamic team across permanent, temporary, full-time, part-time, and casual positions.
This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in supporting patient care and theatre operations. You’ll be responsible for the safe transportation of patients between wards, theatres, recovery, and other clinical areas, while ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of operating suites.
Your contribution will help maintain a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for both patients and staff.
In this hands-on role, you’ll assist with patient positioning, equipment setup, and infection control procedures, as well as support clinical teams with tasks such as transferring patients and maintaining stock levels. You’ll also help manage waste removal, cleaning duties, and messenger services throughout the hospital.
