About the Role
As part of the Retention team within our Lotteries division, the Marketing Automation Specialist plays a key role in designing and delivering engaging customer experiences.
Using our marketing automation platform, Braze, you’ll help drive retention through effective, data-driven campaigns across email, SMS and mail. You'll build personalised customer journeys, monitor campaign performance, and continuously optimise to achieve better outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Create and manage omnichannel campaigns, with a focus on lifecycle and trigger-based communications that respond to customer behaviours
- Build, test, and deploy highly personalised messages with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strategically use direct marketing to influence and enhance customer engagement
- Partner with the team to unlock new data opportunities and platform capabilities
- Apply data-led decision making and share findings with the team
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert and champion for marketing automation best practices
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance against key goals
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years proven experience with marketing automation tools (experience with Braze is a bonus)
- Strong grasp of customer lifecycle journeys and segmentation strategies
- High attention to detail and precision in execution
- Ability to juggle priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work with cross-functional teams
