In this dynamic full time role, you will be an essential part of our centralised Marketing team, supporting the day-to-day operations and exciting projects across the Pacific Group of Christian Schools. Working closely with the Pacific Group Marketing Manager, you will be a team player, assisting in shaping our school's brand and communications - both online and offline.
Pacific Hills Christian School is a co-educational Prep to Year 12 Christian school with 1500 students, located in Dural, in the Hills District of Sydney. The School is part of the Pacific Group of ten Christian schools, with six of these schools located in regional NSW. What You'll Do:
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks to keep our marketing operations running smoothly
- Support the planning and execution of marketing projects and events
- Liaise with our webmaster and contribute to website updates
- Help manage our social media presence and content
- Collate and organise content for the Parents Page
- Maintain digital filing systems
- Assist with photography at school events and activities
- Contribute to general marketing duties as required
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualifications or experience in Marketing and/or Communications (desirable)
- A team player and high performer
- Well-developed interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Exceptional administration, organisation, and time management skills
- Well-developed digital communication experience and/or experience with social media
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Resourceful, innovative, and forward-thinking mindset
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience across a range of graphic design platforms such as Adobe Illustrator and InDesign (advantageous)
- Photography skills (desirable)
