Marketing Specialist
Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for purpose-driven work? BaptistCare is looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead integrated campaigns and community engagement initiatives across our retirement living communities and new developments nationwide.
In this role, your ability to build strong, collaborative relationships will be just as important as your marketing expertise. You’ll act as the central marketing contact for assigned projects, working closely with internal stakeholders across development, sales, operations, and property teams. Your proactive communication, strategic insights, and ability to influence will drive successful outcomes across every campaign and initiative.
About the Role
- Deliver go-to-market strategies for new developments, acquisitions, and existing sites
- Lead campaign planning, execution, and optimisation across multiple channels
- Manage key relationships with creative/media agencies and oversee content production
- Collaborate on event marketing and local activations
- Use market insights and performance data to guide decision-making
This role is a full time 24 month maximum term contract based at our Norwest office with hybrid and flexible working conditions available.

About You:
You are a confident communicator and strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing. You thrive in collaborative environments and bring creativity, initiative, and commercial acumen to every project. You’re passionate about making a difference and aligned with BaptistCare’s mission to help people live well with dignity and purpose.
You’ll bring:
- Strong experience in marketing, ideally in property, real estate or retirement living
- Exemplary stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven success in leading campaigns and managing agencies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and copywriting skills
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and project management tools
- A tertiary qualification in marketing or communications
