About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and achieving our business goals. Your expertise will help develop innovative campaigns, analyze market trends, and strengthen our competitive edge in the industry.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research, analyses, and testing with various tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategies to promote products and services effectively.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Develop and execute campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media efforts, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics, including lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs.
- Plan and execute events, promotions, and sponsorship activities to enhance brand visibility.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
- Experience in executing product launches or integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Possesses a working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
- Skilled in planning and leading various initiatives.
