About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high impact digital campaigns that enhance our brand, generate quality leads and engage our customers. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll manage end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives from campaign planning and creative execution to analytics and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (including email, SMS, social media, SEO, and paid advertising).
Maintain and update website content in collaboration with our in-house web developer to ensure accuracy, usability, and lead generation.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across relevant platforms.
Design and implement automated customer journeys in DotDigital (or similar platforms).
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Write engaging, brand-aligned copy for digital channels, campaigns, internal communications and marketing collateral (including news articles, product flyers, case studies, and marketing campaigns).
Manage briefs for designers and coordinate production of collateral, branded merchandise, giveaways, and special projects to support marketing goals.
Work closely with internal teams to support marketing activities and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Skills and Experiences:
Required Skills and Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3+ years’ experience in a similar role, with proven success delivering digital marketing campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, DotDigital), and CRM systems.
Experience with SEO, paid advertising, and campaign analytics
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Proactive and collaborative, and results focused.
