The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness and support business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences for boutique homes.
- Lead marketing campaigns across multiple channels – digital, print, social, and events.
- Create compelling marketing materials including brochures, videos, 3D renders, and social media content.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including website management, SEO, SEM, and paid ads with performance tracking.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, photographers, and designers to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
- Plan and manage display home launches, open days, and community engagement events.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and culturally diverse clients, particularlywithin the Indian market.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in construction, property development, or real estate.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
