To design or redesign complex layouts and drawings from general written or verbal specifications from Customer Service Teams and Management Staffs. Technically support the implementation and maintenance of quality management system and continuous improvement, control the quality of products and processes and act in process audits, considering the standards, norms, procedures, and technical quality requirements.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include, however not limited to:

• Ensures that Safety culture is embedded in the day-to-day work as a priority.
• Support the production on problem solving analysis.
• Ensuring goods and products comply with company standards.
• Audit periodically the process according to the Production Basics.
• Support the follow up actions of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Reporting quality anomalies and identify containment actions to support Tier meetings.
• Collating test data and drafting quality reports.
• Identifying possible areas for improvement in Marking and Quality control processes.
• Pragmatic, organised, and methodical.
• Expertise in Continuous Improvement techniques.
• Knowledge of the quality tools (monitoring plans, quality system, etc.).
• Builds a culture of Continuous Improvement.
• Ensures that the quality system is compliant with the policy guidelines and properly updated.
• Produce CAD drawings for new or improved products using industry, departmental and discipline standards.
• Produce design using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for digital samples.
• Executing digital samples and creating marking program in timely manner.
• Feedback with the Senior Lead to execute projects on time.
• Review design layouts to find and resolve problems involving compatibility with basic design concepts.
• Make corrections to the drawings as requested by the senior/customer service staff.
• Provide alternative design concepts to meet customer requirements and bring their guidelines to life.
• Perform the maintenance of Marking Book in the Aussieflex.
• Perform fixes, inspect, and troubleshoot of marking programs.
• Daily monitoring and recording of marking program functionality to identify issues.
• Assist with improvement projects for Special Marking Team.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and proven design experience Or Equivalent professional experience.

What You Must have

• Minimum or intermediate level experience in AutoCAD or Autodesk is a plus.
• A keen eye for details and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in timely manner and meet deadlines.
• Motivated problem solver and reporter.
• Creative and able to share with new ideas.
