Our client is a locally owned engineering company who is seeking a Mechanical Fitter for a workshop based in Henderson. Call Brandon at Blue Stampede Labour Hire on 08 6478 7788.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Conduct overhauling of various mechanical units in the workshop or on site to a high standard and as specified.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
- 2 years + Industry experience in a similar position.
- Complete Quality documents(ITP’S, Inspection certs)
- Able to monitor delivery dates.
- Work safely and proficiently.
- Able to document mechanical sizing when performing work.
- Able to undergo extensive pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Overtime is currently worked.
What you will bring to the team:
- Australian Recognized Trade qualification (Mechanical Fitter).
- White Card (essential).
- Punctuality, attention to detail ability to work to deadlines.
Desirable Criteria:
- Dogging and Rigging Ticket.
- Confined Space & Working at Heights.
- Forklift Ticket.
- Elevated Work Platform.
