Role Description
Medical Receptionist – Full-Time
Access Cardiology is currently seeking Medical Receptionists to join our specialist medical centers located in Mandurah, WA for immediate start.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phone calls with professionalism
- General front desk and receptionist duties
- Using medical terminology and supporting the smooth operation of the clinic
You’ll be working closely with our team of specialists and providing friendly, high-quality service to our patients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and phone etiquette
- Experience in Receptionist Duties including check-in/out and managing medical records
- Knowledge of medical terminology and prior experience in a medical office setting
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with electronic medical records systems is a plus
- Medical Receptionist certification or relevant training preferred
