About the role
-Experience in General Practice/ allied health is essential, however training will be provided.
-Strong organisational and customer service skills.

-Experience in team lead roles of managing administrative and/or medical staff of a medical general practice.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
-Proven competencies in Business Management Growth.
-Computer literacy,
- Proficiency using Medical software will be highly regarded

Skills and experience
This position is a permanent part time role, hours and days are negotiable, "hands on" position that will oversee the daily practice functions of the Medical practice.
The priorities of the position are:
-work with all members of staff, both clinical and non-clinical.
-Assist with day to day operations.
-Oversee and manage all practice systems and all associated documentation and Government submissions.
-Ensuring the continued and seamless flow of excellent customer service to our valued patient data base.
-Manage workplace health and safety compliance and delegation of supported roles.
-Previous supervisory or medical reception experience would be highly regarded
-Certificate IV and/or Diploma in Practice Management or HR/Business Management studies will be highly regarded
