About the Role:
As our clinic continues to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our front desk team. This role involves a mix of reception duties, patient coordination, appointment scheduling, and administrative support to our medical specialists.
Position Details:
- Part-time: 3-4 days per week (Monday to Thursday)
- Occasional Saturdays may be required
- Location: Alexandria
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and managing appointments
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks
- Processing payments and Medicare claims
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and manage tasks independently
- Strong attention to detail and time management
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience using Best Practice software
- Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative role
