About the Opportunity
Fairfield Hospital is on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Medical Secretary to support our dynamic medical workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrative professional with a solid background in healthcare and a deep understanding of the NSW Hospital Medical Workforce structure.
In this pivotal role, you’ll provide high-level administrative support across multiple specialties. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings
Preparing accurate and professional correspondence
Supporting departmental goals and initiatives
Handling rostering, payroll, and travel arrangements for senior medical staff

What You'll be Doing
The Medical Administration Administrative Support Officer is responsible for providing an efficient and effective service with regard to the handling of Medical Administration Department enquiries.
This position will provide effective, efficient and high-level Secretarial support to Heads Of Departments for various medical departments throughout the hospital.
