We have a fantastic opportunity for a Member Connections Specialist.
Member Purpose: Rest’s purpose is to create super our members love. So, we’re on a mission to make super simple.
Your Purpose: Your purpose is to aid members to make good decisions about their Rest superannuation by providing general advice, information and assistance, and guiding them to obtain personal advice where appropriate.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Provide high quality general advice and information to Rest members within the scope of the Member Connections service proposition and the general advice regulatory framework.
- Identify the member’s needs and provide the right level of service and identify appropriate triage and referral needs accordingly.
- Understand and comply with the requirements of our AFSL as outlined in the Member Connections Procedure Guide and Rest polices.
- Participate in proactive outbound campaigns on designated topics in conjunction with other internal business units.
- Participate in regular training and keep up to date with legislation, industry changes, and new strategies and product changes/enhancements.
- Achieve business outcomes, and team targets on answer/abandon rates
Qualifications
- RG146 or be willing to obtain within 90 days of employment commencing.
Required experience, understanding or credentials including:
- Experience in customer service with a focus on understanding customer needs and a commitment to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Experience at dealing with customers in a financial services environment
- Ability to communicate financial information in an easy-to-understand way
- Have demonstrated a strong member focus.
