We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team, delivering high-quality care and creating meaningful routines for individuals with complex mental health needs.
About the Role
You will be working directly with participants in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting. Your role is to support participants to live safely, independently, and with purpose.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting participants with complex mental health needs and behaviours of concern
- Establishing and maintaining structured daily routines
- Promoting emotional regulation and independence
- Personal care, community engagement, daily living skills
- Reporting, incident documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
Shifts & Availability
- 6–8 hour shifts available across:
- Day
- Afternoon
- Active & Inactive Night shifts
- Rotating roster – 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 1-year experience with complex mental health or behavioural support
✅ Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Community Services, or Mental Health (or similar)
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Current First Aid & CPR
✅ Working With Children Check (if applicable)
✅ Ability to work across a rotating roster including nights and weekends
✅ Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
✅ Trauma-informed and person-centred practice
