Skills and Experiences:
Key responsibilities and main tasks include:
- Collaborate with jobseekers to uncover their strengths, skills and employment goals.
- Partner with local employers and community groups to unlock inclusive work opportunities
- Provide tailored pre-employment guidance and ongoing post-placement support
- Achieve real, measurable outcomes for your community.
- Providing guidance and support to individuals seeking employment within diverse communities.
- Developing and delivering tailored mentoring programs to assist individuals in overcoming barriers to employment.
- Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and aspirations and providing appropriate support and advice.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure cohesive delivery of services and maximise client outcomes.
- Delivering group workshops and one-to-one mentoring sessions to equip individuals with essential employability skills.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes to inform service delivery.
Minimum requirements
- WWCC prior to commencement
- The right to work in Australia (no restrictions)
- Pass a police check
- A driver's license and access to your own car
