Mobile Phone Repair Technician – Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

We are a growing Adelaide-based phone repair business with multiple locations across the city. As we expand, we’re looking for experienced and motivated Mobile Phone Technicians to join our friendly and professional team.
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality repairs on mobile phones, iPads, and tablets
- Diagnose issues and complete repairs within set timeframes
- Accurately document repair and parts information in our system
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
- Stay up to date with the latest devices and repair techniques
- Support the team with other duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in mobile phone/tablet repair
- Strong troubleshooting
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to write clear and accurate repair notes in GR Phones CRM
- Honest, energetic, and reliable work ethic
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Apple Certification is a bonus, but not required
