Trainee Mobile Phone Repair Technician (No Experience Needed – Training Provided)
Location: Shop 103, 200 Crown Street, Wollongong Central (Upstairs next to Priceline)

The Role:
We’re looking for a long-term, part-time team member to join us as a Trainee Mobile Phone Repair Technician. No experience is required — just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and good hands-on skills. You'll receive full training and, over time, develop the ability to repair:
- Mobile phones
- Tablets & iPads
- Gaming consoles
- Laptops
You’ll also be trained in front-of-house duties, including:
- Retail customer service
- Booking in jobs & quoting repairs
- Accessory sales
- Basic diagnostics & troubleshooting
- Understanding different devices and models
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone good with their hands — able to work with small tools and tiny screws
- Eager to learn and willing to put in their own time to study and practice
- Reliable, honest, and looking for long-term work (this is not a temporary or stopgap job)
- Already living in Australia — we do not accept overseas applications
- Can work part-time on a regular roster — ideal for students or anyone seeking stable work
