About the Role

As a Repair Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our repairs. This role includes performing repairs on Dreame robot vacuum cleaners, both in and out of warranty, as well as addressing other repair and maintenance needs. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality repair services. The position requires keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to upholding our company values.

Due to the evolving nature of our business, your role, key tasks, and responsibilities may change over time. Adaptability and flexibility are essential attributes for success at PTC.
