About the Role
As a Repair Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our repairs. This role includes performing repairs on Dreame robot vacuum cleaners, both in and out of warranty, as well as addressing other repair and maintenance needs. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality repair services. The position requires keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to upholding our company values.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Execute repairs and maintenance on Dreame robot vacuum cleaners for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty cases.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to mechanical and electrical components to ensure proper functionality.
- Promptly respond to repair requests, delivering quality workmanship that meets safety and performance standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and safety risks in repairable devices.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, ensuring tools and equipment are used responsibly.
Qualifications / Skills Required
- Proven experience with electronic or mechanical device repairs; experience with robot vacuum cleaners is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on precision and efficiency.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25KG
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities to manage repair schedules effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
