Due to ongoing growth within our business, we are looking for an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team. This role is a key enabler of getting both employees and subcontractors to our project sites within the Western Region, which is pivotal to our success in delivering projects to our clients.
The Role:
You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end mobilisation logistics for employees and subcontractors across our Western Region projects. You’ll be the conduit between our Operations team, subcontractors, and external stakeholders - ensuring everyone arrives on-site safely, compliantly, and on time.
You will work closely with our Site Administration, People & Culture, and Client teams along with relevant external service providers to ensure every mobilisation is well executed and professionally supported.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating project mobilisations including collection of documentation, travel, and accommodation
- Arranging pre-mobilisation requirements such as PPE, medicals, VOCs, inductions, and training
- Maintaining accurate data in Decmil and client systems, and mobilisation registers
- Ensuring personnel are informed of mobilisation details and assist with any queries
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure compliance with mobilisation procedures
- Supporting reporting, improvement initiatives, and onboarding activities
- Assisting with workflow documentation and team mobilisation training
What We're Looking For:
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 2+ years experience in mobilisation or site administration
- Strong understanding of FIFO/DIDO travel and mobilisation processes
- Experience with major client systems in the Mining, Oil & Gas, Government or other similar industries is highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and excellent communication skills
