AAMG is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to support our growing Recruitment and Mobilisation Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career across both blue and white collar mining recruitment, working alongside a team that values your development.
About the Role:
You’ll be hands-on with all things mobilisation and recruitment, helping to get our workforce ready for site. You’ll be involved in:
- Coordinating mobilisation and onboarding for new site employees
- Auditing employee documentation to ensure compliance
- Managing rosters, booking flights, vehicles, PPE, medicals & training
- Supporting recruiters with reference checks, resume formatting & compliance
- Regularly communicating with employees and site contacts
- General administration duties and support across departments
- Experience in administration, mobilisation, or recruitment support
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Great communication skills – verbal, written, and phone manner
- A confident multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- A team player who’s eager to learn and grow
- Previous experience in mining, construction or high-volume recruitment
- A passion for delivering great candidate experiences
- A proactive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset
