About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Mortgage Broker to join a dynamic team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of deal settlements, active client management, and hands-on experience with both SMSF and Trust borrower deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end mortgage broking process for residential and investment lending.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored finance solutions.
- Conduct client assessments, structure deals, and present lending options.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth settlements.
- Manage a portfolio of active clients while ensuring high service standards.
- Stay updated with lender policies, compliance requirements, and industry changes.
Requirements:
- Completed Cert IV and Diploma in Mortgage Broking.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Broker (not as Broker Support).
- Proven record of 100+ settled deals in career.
- Ability to manage 10+ active clients at any given time.
- Currently settling minimum $3M+ per month.
- Experience handling 20+ SMSF deals and 20+ Trust borrower deals in career.
- Strong client relationship skills and the ability to work independently.
