As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and driven Motor Vehicle Salesperson to lead and grow our sales performance.
About the Role
As a Motor Vehicle Salesperson, you’ll play a pivotal role in the dealership — managing customer enquiries, closing sales, maintaining client relationships, and supporting overall sales operations. You'll be a key contributor in helping customers find the right vehicle while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Close sales and manage the full sales cycle, including test drives, trade-ins, and financing options
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of stock, pricing, and promotions
- Follow up with leads and build long-term customer relationships
- Assist with inventory management and vehicle displays
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements
Skills & Experience
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience in vehicle sales (used or new)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of various car models and dealership operations
- Professional, well-presented, and confident
- Valid driver licence
