MT2 Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities will include:
Major / minor repairs of fixed and mobile plant and equipment
Provide assistance with plant and equipment breakdowns
Provide assistance with minor welding on plant and equipment
Participate in preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all plant and equipment
Work in accordance with a daily plan for routine maintenance and complete relevant maintenance records
Participate in various continuous improvement and other programs as required
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with our site safety, environmental and quality procedures
To be successful, you will have:
Trade qualifications as a Fitter and/or Boilermaker with experience in Conveyors, Motors and Gearboxes
Forklift Tickets an added advantage, but willing to train
Ability & willingness to pass a medical in line with the requirements of the role
Experience in a similar position within a similar industry
Good communication skills and the ability to work autonomously or in a team environment
Display flexibility with operations and maintenance
