NOW HIRING:
Venue Manager
Lead the entire venue across all departments — arcade, pool, bowling, mahjong, darts, and more. Build and manage a high-performing team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You’ll need:
✔ Proven leadership in hospitality, entertainment or high-volume venues
✔ Strong operational and team management skills
✔ A passion for people, problem-solving, and delivering great vibes
Assistant Manager
Support the Venue Manager in daily operations. Coordinate across departments, lead shifts, and ensure smooth service and happy customers.
You’ll need:
✔ Experience in team leadership or assistant manager roles
✔ Excellent communication and multitasking ability
✔ A proactive, hands-on mindset
Supervisors
Take charge during shifts, oversee daily activity across different entertainment zones, and support floor staff to keep everything running seamlessly.
You’ll need:
✔ Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment
✔ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
✔ Reliability and initiative
General Staff (Casual & Part-Time)
Be part of our all-star crew! Support various areas including arcade, pool, bowling, darts and mahjong.
You’ll need:
✔ A friendly, team-oriented attitude
✔ Customer service experience (preferred)
✔ Willingness to learn and work flexible hours including evenings & weekends
