What will you be doing?
- Overseeing service delivery to our valued customers in Queensland
- Working with those customers, operational service delivery teams and internal stakeholders to ensure we meet client requirements and commitments
- Ensuring that customers receive a full measure of service
- Resolving any customer issues or escalate as appropriate whilst maintaining customer communication Supporting external sales staff & managers on a day to day basis
