What You’ll Do
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently on major civil projects.
- Support site supervisors and project teams in delivering project milestones on time and within budget.
- Follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines, ensuring compliance with zero-harm standards.
- Assist with site preparation, earthworks, and construction activities, contributing to project success.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in civil construction projects, with the ability to operate multi-purpose equipment (GPS Grader, Articulated Dump Trucks, Excavators, Rollers, Backhoe Loader, Water Trucks and Bogie Tipper Trucks).
- Strong work ethic, with a focus on safety, quality, and team collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs and work flexibly to meet project demands.
- Valid licenses and tickets, relevant to construction equipment operation
