We're seeking a skilled and self-motivated NABERS Waste Assessor to lead our national programme delivery for rating commercial office assets for a key strategic client. As a key member of our ESG team, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating site visits, rating buildings, and providing insights to improve waste outcomes across 30-40 sites. You’ll travel to sites (primarily in Eastern Australia), conduct assessments and provide insights that shape sustainable waste practices.
The Opportunity
- Plan and deliver a portfolio NABERS Waste rating programme for 30-40 sites
- Conduct site visits to rate and provide certificates and reports
- Communicate rating outcomes to site teams and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for improvement and share best practices
- Liaise with site teams and contractors to optimize rating outcomes
- Provide monthly and quarterly program updates to the client Contribute to national waste and cleaning tenders
About You
- Qualified NABERS Waste Assessor with demonstrated years of experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Sustainability, Environment, Science, or Engineering (desirable)
- Several years of experience in sustainability, waste or circular economy consulting
- Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Willingness to travel interstate (1–5-day trips) Proficient in MS Office suite and data platforms
