A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Delivery of company targets of volume, Net Sales Value, Gross Profit and Operating Profit and market share across both cereal and snacks
Setting direction for promotional programs, range management, customer marketing and sales planning
Develop new line launch plans with the Woolworths team to ensure speed to market on new lines, stock weight to store and long-term success of our innovation
Ensure all key Kellanova stakeholders working on the Woolworths account are aligned, understand the strategy and always deliver against the key metric of profitable growth
Ensure accurate forecasting via the sales planning resource with a 12 month outlook
Ensure regular and consistent communication between Kellanova and Woolworths to achieve effective implementation of plans, reporting of results and forecasts of future plans
End-to-end team management and development
We’re Looking for Someone With
Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
National sales and account management experience with a major account like Woolworths
Successful people leader with extensive experience of leading, driving and developing a team to achieve business and individual objectives
Excellent Account Management skills, alongside solid leadership ability, have strategic vision, and are able to plan and execute with excellence.
Ability to influence and drive cross functional alignment
Self-motivated with strong organisation and planning skills
Exceptional negotiating and influencing skills
Computer literacy is a pre-requisite (sufficient proficiency in all MS office applications as well as SAP, BW, AZTEC and Nielsen modules).
