About you

You’re an organised, solutions-focused professional with experience in office management, confident juggling multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Success in this role comes from your ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. You take pride in creating efficient, well-run workplaces that foster a positive culture and ensure compliance across all administrative functions.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, and inventory.
  • Manage office supplies, ordering, and stock levels.
  • Coordinate cleaning, catering, parking, and admin services.
  • Organise security, building access, and space allocation.
  • Oversee building maintenance and office fit-outs.
  • Research, select, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Ensure consistency across national offices in culture and perks.
  • Lead and delegate tasks to Office Assistants nationwide.
  • Manage company car fleet, insurance, and servicing.
  • Coordinate internal events, social activities, and strategy sessions.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in office management, ideally in a tech or startup environment
  • Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote team coordination
  • Proven ability to implement scalable systems and processes
  • Excellent verbal communication and able to communicate with others in a warm and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport.
