The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin / Support Case Manager to join our team. This role combines administration, case management, client engagement, and marketing responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting our service delivery team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate client documentation.
- Providing case management support, including support plan coordination.
- Assisting the Service Manager with daily operations and service delivery tasks.
- Identifying and engaging with potential participants.
- Inspecting accommodation and ensuring compliance with service standards.
- Managing leads and supporting conversion into active clients.
- Timely reporting to the HR and management.
- Handling social media platforms, campaigns, and marketing activities.
- Welcoming and professionally engaging with clients, families, and stakeholders.
- Performing additional case management duties as directed.
What We’re Looking For
- · Previous experience in administration, case management, marketing or a similar role.
- · Strong organisational and time management skills.
- · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
- · Knowledge of NDIS processes.
- · A professional, client-focused attitude with the ability to multitask.

Licence/Certification:
- · First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- · National Police Certificate (Required)
- · Driver Licence (Required)
Job Types: Full-time, Casual, Contract
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
