About the role
As the Network Education Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the SA Training Network. Reporting directly to the Network Training Director, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative and clerical support, managing a variety of processes critical to the ongoing success of the training network. Your attention to detail and organisational abilities will ensure the coordination and documentation of key training activities, while also providing timely and effective assistance to network stakeholders.
In addition, you will support the SAMI Executive Office as required, handling a range of administrative tasks to facilitate the broader operations of the department. This dynamic role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service delivery. Your proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively will be essential in supporting both the training network and executive functions, contributing to the advancement of educational initiatives across the organisation.

Proven ability to work flexibly and effectively within a team, managing deadlines and changing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Advanced organisational and administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience delivering comprehensive executive support.
Sound knowledge of office procedures and confidentiality requirements, ideally gained within SA Health or a medical imaging environment.
