The Role
We’ve got an exciting opportunity to join our NSW Field Sales team in the newly created New Business Territory Manager role. If you thrive on chasing opportunities, love connecting with people, and want to help grow some of Australia’s most iconic brands, this could be the role for you.
You’ll be the driving force behind expanding our reach across White Milk, Chilled Beverages, and “back-of-house” categories — winning new business and boosting visibility in cafés, restaurants, and local trade outlets throughout central Sydney area.
Responsibilities
Hunt down new business opportunities across non-trading and lapsed Bega Group customers
Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, reconnecting with lost leads, and teaming up with our field sales team
Generate and execute an effective call plan in collaboration with the new business team
Create trusted relationships with key decision-makers and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Lead the charge on new business strategies and share your wins with the state field sales team
About you
Proven sales experience in FMCG or industry know-how from hospitality (Venue or Ops Manager level)
Target-driven, great at juggling priorities, and skilled at winning buy-in from customers
Comfortable with cold calling and quick to build authentic rapport
Commercially savvy — you understand market dynamics, volume, and pricing strategies
Passionate, self-motivated, and laser-focused on planning, follow-up, and execution
Role is inclusive of fully maintained tool of trade including vehicle, tablet and phone.
