Where you'll be working
Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
Clinically screen newborn babies in the first days of life for hearing loss prior to their discharge home using Automated Auditory Brainstem Response (AABR) testing with AABR machinery.

Selection Criteria:
- Experience in working with mothers and newborns.
- Positive and enthusiastic manner and able to work independently under direction and seeks guidance and supervision as required
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and write English to an acceptable standard with clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team, enhancing the capability and contribution of the team.
- Demonstrated high level computer skills such as IPM & EMR
- Valid NSW Drivers Licence
