Night Porter - Derby

About the role
This role supports guests after hours by offering assistance, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring comfort and safety. Responsibilities include responding to concerns professionally, completing health and safety checks, assisting with night audit tasks, and promptly reporting security issues—while working collaboratively to uphold high standards of customer service.
About you
You are a dedicated professional with experience in similar roles and a strong commitment to person-centred practice. You communicate effectively and sensitively with people from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. With a high level of customer service and attention to detail, you manage tasks efficiently and contribute positively to team environments. Your empathetic and flexible approach helps resolve client and staff issues with care and respect. You value continuous learning and actively support innovative work practices to improve guest support and service quality.
In addition, you will also possess:
- Enjoys working in a team enviornment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
