Our team is based at James Fletcher Hospital and Charlestown sites, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to become part of our passionate multidisciplinary team. About the role:
In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of experienced Senior Occupational Therapists and alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced mental health environment, bringing energy, adaptability, and a team-first approach. The ideal candidate will feel confident working both independently and collaboratively, maintaining a strong focus on delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care.

Requirements:
- To meet the requirements for Level 2: demonstrated experience working as an Allied Health Assistant Level 1 for a period of 12 months or more and / or Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent qualification).
- If applicant is unable to demonstrate these requirements, applicant will commence service at Level 1.
- If applicant has completed a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance they will be classified as an Allied Health Assistant Level 3.
