The ORS Occupational Therapy team is expanding and we are seeking our next Team Leader to come on board in Gosford! You will be joining a national team of 120+ Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.

You and your team of clinicians will get to work with an amazing group of clients over a period of months or even years, and you will play an integral part in their personal growth and development. You will form a close bond with your clients and get to celebrate their achievements with them every step of the way.

Your responsibilities as a Team Leader will include:

You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS offices.

You will be able to connect with these experts in one on one and group training sessions and they are available for round the clock specialist support in addition to your Manager.

You will also have access to internal Occupational Therapy specific and interdisciplinary professional development opportunities (Special Interest Groups, Monthly Discipline Specific In-services, and Multi-Disciplinary In-services). These are offered either live or in recorded formats to ensure you have access to the training that suits your needs, with the opportunity to pursue clinical specialisation. Opportunities to pursue external training will also be considered, with options to purchase training allowances through the bonus scheme available.
