About the Role
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our office. You’ll work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and the leadership team to ensure documentation, compliance records, and scheduling are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project teams and senior management
- Maintain and update project documentation and compliance records
- Assist in preparing reports, quotes, and job packs
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Manage office supplies and basic payroll support (e.g., Tsheet clock-in, SWMS check on ACC)
- Ensure timely submission of compliance documents and certificates
About You
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (construction industry experience highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to compliance and accuracy
