We currently have a maximum-term part-time position (2 days a week till December 2025), for an experienced Administrator to join our Volunteer team based at Castle Hill. Reporting to the Central Team Leader and working with the administration team. The successful candidate will ensure that the administrative duties are managed, external partners and internal staff and volunteers are adequately supported, and timely assistance is provided for relevant events as it is required.
The ideal applicant will be highly organised, with a proven track record in delivering timely and accurate administrative support.
Your key responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
- Assisting in the timely and accurate on-boarding of new volunteers.
- Provision of timely and accurate monthly reporting.
Skills, knowledge and experience needed:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation skills and Intermediate MS Office suite particularly Excel.
- Certificate IV Administration or equivalent (desirable).
- Knowledge and experience with database, financial systems and police check processes.
- Ability and stated commitment to support and promote the Vision, Mission and Values of Anglicare.
- Resilience to change and demonstrated flexibility is paramount to your success in this role. You must be self-motivated, proactive and have excellent customer service.
