About the Role
Due to continued business growth, Contract Resources is seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team in Lytton, QLD. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our Brisbane facility, managing reception duties, incoming calls, and general enquiries. Reporting directly to the East Coast General Manager, you will support day-to-day operations through a wide range of administrative tasks including coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, managing HR calendar events, ordering uniforms and merchandise, processing monthly expenses for the General Manager and liaising with key stakeholders and clients across the business.
This is a permanent full-time position offering variety, development opportunities, and the chance to be part of a dynamic and growing team.

Duties will include but not limited to
- Provide general support to visitors
- Manage office amenities, supplies and ordering
- Organise meetings and travel booking for Leadership Team
- Organise catering for functions, training and events as and when required
- Manage administration of the Service Recognition Program for Australia, New Zealand and Middle East
- Assist and participate the HR initiatives via the administration of events (R U OK Day, Naidoc week…)
- Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
- Provide administrative support for operations team
- Recommend, develop and/or assist with continuous improvements
- Comply with all rules, instructions and prescribed policies and procedures
- Manage Leadership Team requirements between Operations and Management
- Deliver a high level of customer service
- Attention to detail
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant industry experience would be desirable
- High level written & communication skills and confident phone manner
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience in a similar role is desirable
