Do you have Office/Administrative skills and knowledge of the Automotive Industry and are looking for a full-time role that offers flexibility and a dynamic work environment?
Our new mechanical workshop in Top Ryde is seeking an Office Person. Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail Automotive Industry would be desirable but not required, willingness to learn and a “can do” attitude a must.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answering phone calls and managing customer inquiries
· Entering invoices and maintaining accurate records
· General administrative duties to support the workshop operations
· Assisting with other ad-hoc office tasks as required
Key Requirements:
· Experience in office administration Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
· Proficiency with Xero (preferred but not essential, but will need to learn), as with Excel spreadsheets
· Current Drivers Licence
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
· Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
