About the Role
Southern Cross Transit is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Workshop Admin / Assistant. This full-time, ongoing role will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team and play an integral part in our operations. As a Workshop Admin / Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, and assisting various teams in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide general administration support to various teams.
- Assist in managing schedules.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Handle document preparation, filing, and data entry within systems.
- Maintain supplies / parts and assist in inventory management.
- Help organize internal communications and provide administrative support to the team.
About You

Qualifications and Accreditations
