We are seeking a motivated and organised Office & Accounts Assistant to join our head office team in Perth. This is a full-time role providing essential support across accounts, administration, and office operations. The position includes on-the-job training, with opportunities to develop and grow within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts receivable, payable, invoicing, and data entry
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care
- Support stocktaking, inventory updates, and supplier ordering
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple areas of the business
- Help keep office operations running smoothly in a dynamic retail environment
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in office administration or accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
