The role
- Busy role: sales, purchases, truck and trailer parts interpreter, customer and supplier calls.
Duties & responsibilities
- Sales: entering some invoices & all payments
- Data Entry, checking and maintaining accurate records
- Purchasing: shared role; entering orders, checking prices, requesting quote
- General Office administration
- Truck and Trailer parts pick up and return
- Dispatch coordinator
Skills & experience
- 2+ years Office all-rounder experience is needed
- Good communication skills
- Reasonable experience on Reckon Hosted
- Willing to learn work as a team
- Neat, tidy, confident and well-organized
- Knowledge on truck and trailer parts
