Are you an experienced Office Manager looking to join a growing and professional team in the refrigeration industry? Prime Refrigeration is on the lookout for a motivated and organised individual to take charge of our office operations.
About the Role
As our Office Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly. From managing admin and scheduling to supporting the field team, your contribution will be central to our success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily office operations
- Scheduling jobs and managing technician calendars
- Handling customer communication and support
- Managing invoicing, purchase orders, and job tracking
- Supporting compliance and reporting
- Coordinating with management to ensure smooth workflow
Must-Have:
✅ Strong experience with SimPRO & Xero
✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✅ Ability to work independently and solve problems
✅ Previous experience in a similar administrative or office management role
