We are currently seeking an Office Manager to oversee and coordinate administrative systems, office services, and support processes essential to the smooth operation of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the planning and continuous improvement of office systems and administrative processes
- Allocate office resources including staffing, equipment, and space planning to ensure efficiency
- Supervise and monitor the performance of administrative support staff
- Manage office records, documentation, and accounts in accordance with internal policies and NDIS guidelines
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, government bodies, and support teams to facilitate coordination and resolve operational issues
- Oversee the maintenance of office premises, facilities, and equipment
- Ensure workplace compliance with occupational health and safety (WHS) regulations
- Monitor adherence to relevant government legislation, NDIS quality standards, and internal policies
- Coordinate HR-related activities such as recruitment, onboarding, staff development, performance evaluations, and payroll administration
Skills & Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification (Diploma or higher) in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1–3 years' experience in office management, preferably within the health, community services, or disability sectors
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with rostering, CRM, or NDIS management systems
- Strong knowledge of workplace legislation, WHS, and HR practices
- Ability to manage priorities, multi-task, and maintain confidentiality
