We're currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure organisational compliance with policy and legislation, and support the continuous improvement of service delivery and internal processes.
The Role
Reporting to the Director, this leadership role is ideal for someone highly organised with a background in healthcare or community services. You’ll be responsible for managing administrative operations, supporting HR functions, overseeing compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards, and internal policy and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including scheduling, systems, and administration
- Oversee, implement, and maintain organisational policy and procedures in alignment with NDIS and Aged Care requirements
- Coordinate staff onboarding, HR documentation, and training compliance
- Manage rosters, timesheets, and staff scheduling using MYP or equivalent software
- Liaise professionally with participants, families, coordinators, nursing staff, and allied health professionals
- Support and maintain internal audits, incident management, and reporting systems
- Work closely with management on continuous improvement and quality assurance
- Assist in financial operations such as invoicing and payroll coordination
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years in a similar office or practice management role, ideally in community, healthcare, or disability services
- Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining policy and procedures
- Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards, and
- Excellent communication, organisational, and team leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems
Essential Requirements
- Cert IV or Diploma in Business Administration, Community Services, or related field
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- National Police Check and Working With Children Check (NSW)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Familiarity with NDIS Code of Conduct and complaints management

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
